The Property Owners Association just held their Spring meeting. Minutes were emailed to all property owners on 5/16/2021. If you are a property owner and did not receive a copy of the minutes, please email bullmountainnc@gmail.com to request a copy.

The next POA meeting is tentatively scheduled for 9/25/2021 at 3:00 PM. If the pandemic has eased enough by September we will have an in-person meeting with Zoom capabilities for those owners that prefer to participate remotely.

You will find the approval process very easy, and the regional builders anxious to assist you with selection of floor plans and layout best suited for your elevation and lot characteristics.
